Reasons for Exemption
Based on Supporting CEQA Analysis for this Project the proposed project is consistent with the criteria outlined in CEQA Guidelines Section 15303, Class 3 pertaining to New Construction or Conversion of Small Structures and Section 15268 (a) Ministerial Projects. Class 3 consists of construction and location of limited numbers of new, small facilities or structures; MIM 24-063 modifies the site plan approved by Minor Modification MMD 08-037 which adds structures to approved Special Use Permit in Badger. Moreover, Ministerial projects are exempt from the requirements of CEQA. Therefore, the application of CEQA Section 15303, Class 3 and section 15268 (a) is applicable and appropriate for this project.
