Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification No. EPIMS-MEN-53220-R1C, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Zachary Allen. The Project is limited to one encroachment. The encroachment is for water diversion from the East Fork Russian River from a shallow well on the bank of the river. Water is diverted for domestic use, cannabis irrigation, and vineyard irrigation. Cannabis irrigation water is diverted into an off-stream reservoir for storage. Work for the water diversion will include use and maintenance of the water diversion infrastructure.
