The project will reduce water use by incentivizing the removal of approximately 110,000 square feet of turf and installing native and drought tolerant plants. Additionally, the project is estimated to provide 650 residential audits, 400 smart irrigation controllers, 135 flow monitoring meters, 450 drip irrigation kits, 400 rain barrels, and 12 firescaping workshops distributed across all partner agency service areas. The project will conserve approximately 58-acre feet of potable water annually.
