Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification Number NEV-52339-R2, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Tahoe Donner Association. The project is limited to the replacement of a bridge over Trout Creek with a prefabricated bridge. The existing abutments will be removed and replaced with similar abutments within the same location. The bridge abutments would be installed using an excavator and skid steer to unearth the existing abutments and a concrete pump to install the new abutments. The existing irrigation pipeline would be relocated and attached to the bridge. Bank stabilization would be accomplished by grading back the existing bank where erosion has occurred and placing large rock to stabilize the bank.
