Document Description
The Mendocino County Resource Conservation District (MCRCD) filed a Notice of Exemption with the County of Mendocino for the Meyer-Husband Mill Creek Habitat Enhancement Project and completed the 35-day public review period. MCRCD will construct a salmonid habitat enhancement project that restores channel complexity to a reach of the lower Mill Creek (Philo) in the Navarro watershed. Installation of 3 large wood structures will enhance habitat and support salmonid populations by providing deep pools with woody cover in a reach that is lacking salmonid habitat.
