Within the BWER, SoCal Gas, under order from California Geologic Energy Management Division (CalGem) and the California Coastal Commission (CCC), is plugging and abandoning two natural gas monitoring wells. This Notice is that CDFW is authorizing SoCalGas to conduct work outside of its easement area for the removal of concrete rig anchors within BWER.
