Document Description
The State Water Resources Control Board (State Water Board) is a Responsible Agency for the Project. The State Water Board is funding the Project referred to internally as Bella Vista Water System and Riverview Mobile Home Park Water Service Extension Project. The Project includes pipeline installation between the Bella Vista and Riverview mobile home parks to connect to the City of Pittsburg's existing water main. The two water service connections will include approximately 50 to 75 feet of two to four-inch subsurface pipeline between the mobile home parks and the existing water main located along Willow Pass Road. A backflow prevention device will be installed within each mobile home park prior to connection with the City's municipal water system. The existing wells onsite at each mobile home park will be abandoned.
