Document Description
The current HVAC system, located behind the library, only provides heating and
has reached the end of its life cycle. The new system will be replaced in the same location and will be all electric and provide heating and cooling. The electrical switchboard will also be upgraded for future services. Ground disturbance and excavation is anticipated to a maximum depth of approximately 4 feet
for an outdoor equipment pad and piping connections to the back of the building. Vegetation removal and utility relocations may be necessary. Equipment staging is anticipated in paved areas. Construction is anticipated to begin sometime in 2025 and take approximately one year to complete.
