The indirect effects of the school closure are categorically exempt under CEQA Guidelines, section 15314. In 2025-2026, each school will have available surplus capacity: Morningside (609), CHIPS
(278), IYA (210). In 2027-2028: Inglewood HS (1,200), CHIPS (317), IYA (180).
