The reassignment of Inglewood HS and Morningside students to other schools is statutorily exempt under PRC section 21080.18. The indirect effects of the school closure are categorically exempt under CEQA Guidelines, section 15314. In 2025-2026, each school will have available surplus capacity: Morningside (609), CHIPS (278), IYA (210). In 2027-2028: Inglewood HS (1,200), CHIPS (317), IYA (180).
