Document Description
The Applicant proposes to operate a new chlorine boosting station they installed at their existing paved reservoir facility which includes an active tank mixer, to perform as needed sodium hypochlorite (12.5 %) solution dosing, a sample return system, and analyzer to monitor water quality in the water storage tank. The pump feeding the sodium hypochlorite solution is equipped with a fail-safe Oxidation Reduction Potential alarm and programmed to shut down if water quality nears state/federal regulatory compliance requirements for primary drinking water standards.
