Reasons for Exemption
Treatments will be implemented only on invasive weeds in targeted areas and will be done without the use of herbicide or other materials that are known toxins to native flora and fauna. Land disturbance will be kept to a minimum and located only in areas that have been previously disturbed, which lead to the introduction of invasive species. Locations where the owl boxes, perches, bee boxes, and nest boxes have all been predetermined and no significant ground disturbance will occur. No sensitive native species will be removed or disturbed in the implementation of any project on any property.
