The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification Number EPIMS-ELD-55653-R2, pursuant to section 1611 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Sierra Pacific Industries. The projects are limited to 1) installation of a corrugated metal pipe and construction and use of an off-channel waterhole, 2) construction of a rock-fill ford crossing, and 3) use of four existing water drafting sites.
