Based on Supporting CEQA Analysis for this Project the proposed project is consistent with the criteria outlined in CEQA Guidelines Section 15301, Class 1 pertaining to Existing Facilities. Class 1 consists of existing facilities, involving negligible or no expansion of existing or former use; MIM 24-062 is a grandfather determination for existing church use and its buildings, the church property was purchased on April 17, 1964, and the church use and the buildings existed before that. Therefore, the application of CEQA Section 15301, Class 1, is applicable and appropriate for this project.
