PROJECT NUMBER: 8835-110 The State Water Resources Control Board (State Water Board) is a Responsible Agency for the Project. The State Water Board’s Clean Water State Revolving Fund (SRF) Program is financing the Project referred to internally as Atascadero Recycled Water Facilities Planning Study. The Project will evaluate the potential for additional water reuse, inform water treatment design, discharge requirements, identification of alternatives, and design as a part of the program to upgrade the WRF to meet growth and regulatory requirements.
