The proposed project would involve replacing the existing parking lot and landscaping with a five-court sand volleyball facility with lights and PA system, a viewing capacity of approximately 500 spectators on berm seating (with no fixed seating) and an approximately 3,500 square-foot team building for locker rooms and restrooms.
