Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification No. EPIMS-MEN-39179-R1C, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Joyce Dawn. This Agreement relies on the Notification materials, a site visit, and CDFW staff consultation with the Permittee’s representative. The Project is limited to two (2) encroachments to upgrade an existing driveway culvert and re-align an existing driveway drainage ditch. Work for these encroachments will include excavation, removal of the existing culvert, replacement with new properly sized culvert, backfilling and compaction of fill, and rock armoring as necessary to minimize erosion.
