The Statutory Exemption consists of the establishment, modification,
structuring, restructuring, or approval of rates, tolls, fares, or other charges by public agencies which the public agency finds are for the purpose of meeting operation expenses. The Project consists of adopting a resolution and ordinance to increase the
water rate by 11% and the sewer rate by 8% to be billed to Port tenants and leaseholders for Fiscal Year 2024-2025.
