The first amendment to HOP 23-039 specifies permitting protocol under Special Condition #2. Special Condition #2 states that work in areas subject to environmental administrative controls shall not be performed under HOP 23-039 and instead requires the Permittee to apply for an individual Harbor Development Permit for work in such areas. The approved scope of work under HDP 23-039 remains unchanged.

The proposed Project consists of preventive maintenance, repair, replacement or rehabilitation services at common-use public areas and Port owned/occupied facilities within the Harbor District involving negligible or no expansion of existing or former use.

The proposed Project involves preventive maintenance, repair, replacement or rehabilitation services at common-use public areas and Portowned/occupied facilities within the Harbor District that will have substantially the same purpose and capacity as the structure replaced.
