The Port will enter into a contract to perform the repair, rehabilitation, and/or replacement of existing Port-wide underground wet utilities, including potable water, sanitary sewer, and storm drain systems under the existing Harbor Development Permit (HOP) 23-039 issued in August 2023 for routine maintenance, repair, and rehabilitation activities within the Harbor District. The project involves negligible or no expansion of existing or former use.
