Document Description
The objective of this project is to install a new pre-fabricated restroom and concession
building within the Davis Community Park. An existing restroom is located in the park, but was constructed in the 1960s and is not fully accessible and therefore needs to be
replaced/supplemented. A new pre-fabricated building less than 800 sq ft in size and
associated site improvements will be installed on the site of a previously demolished
shade structure adjacent to existing utility connections. No trees are planned for removal. The existing restroom will be kept active throughout and after construction.

the use of significant amounts of hazardous substances, will utilize pre-existing utilities in the vicinity with short new utility connections and is not located within an
environmentally sensitive area.
