The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans), using state funding, is proposing to perform drainage improvement activities at locations along State Route (SR) 32. These locations experience oversaturation in the ditch lines, which forces water over and under the road, causing collisions, upheaval and damage to the roadway that poses a public safety risk and could lead to potential roadway failure.
