Document Description
The project will issue a Right of Entry Permit (ROE) to the Morro Bay National Estuary Program (MBNEP) to access the Morro Dunes Natural Preserve to perform exotic plant [ice plant] removal in both the City of Morro Bay owned sandpit and the State Parks owned sandspit. Access limits and conditions and project requirements, monitoring, and mitigation measures have been proscribed in the ROE permit. All work will comply with the Endangered Species Act (ESA), the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), the California Environmental Policy Act (CEQA), U.S. Fish and
Wildlife Code, California Fish and Game Code, and all other applicable laws and regulations.
