Document Description
The proposed work consists of:
1. Replacing "Signal Ahead" signs with PREPARE TO STOP blank out signs at all intersections.
2. Replacing existing median mounted poles and mast arm poles at the Chrisman Road intersection with new mast arm (southeast & northwest corners) and post (southwest corner) signal poles.
3. Replacing existing heads with 12-inch heads with retroreflective back-plates at Chrisman Road and Bird Road intersections.
4. Installing ADA ramps and landings on Eleventh Street and Chrisman Road intersection (southwest corner).
5. Replacing surface of intersection medians with a 2-inch layer of concrete at the Bird Road intersection.
6. Removing 2 existing Storm Drain Inlets (SDIs) and 167 feet of existing pipe on Chrisman Road.
7. Place 167 feet of 12-inch Reinforced Concrete Pipe (Class V).
8. Place Curb Inlet Catch Basin (Type 1) on southwest corner of Chrisman Road, and an 18-inch Storm Drain Inlet on the south end of new Corrugated Metal Pipe (CMP) pipe to be installed.

The project will replace existing infrastructure with similar, up-to-date structures to meet current standards and increase public safety.
