Munum Maida and Linda Maida, Trustees of the Mand L Maida Family Trust (Applicant) proposes to construct a 64-unit apartment complex, consisting of two- and three-bedroom units in eight separate buildings and one clubhouse building, on 5.11 gross acres located at the northwest corner of Orange Street and Tamarisk Avenue, identified as Assessor Parcel Number (APN) 3057-121-08, within the Medium Density Residential (MDR) zone of the Main Street and Freeway Corridor Specific Plan (Proposed Project). The Proposed Project would also construct road improvements to Orange Street and Tamarisk Avenue resulting in 4.43 net acres for development of the apartment complex. The Project is subject to a Site Plan Review by the City of Hesperia (SPR24-00010).
