No significant exterior physical changes are anticipated to result from the Project. The District's schools listed above has sufficient capacity to accommodate any students that will be relocated as a result of the project, without increasing school sizes beyond their historical enrollment capacity. As such, the project's physical changes to the affected school sites will not include the addition of 10 classrooms or an increase in student population greater than 25% (Class 14). The project entails the transfer of students from one school to another, where the resulting physical changes are categorically exempt. (Pub. Res. Code 21080.18.) Finally, the project is not located in a particularly sensitive environment, will not have cumulative impacts resulting from successive projects of the same type, and there are no unusual circumstances associated with the Project.
