Document Description
An appeal to the decision of the Planning Commission that approved MOD CUP #60, Map 102; ZM #24, Map 102 (approved October 24, 2024; Resolutions No.114-24 and No. 115-24); which authorized the following: (a) A Modification to Conditional Use Permit No. 60, Map No. 102 (approved May 14, 2020, Resolution No. 30-20, for a phased church development) to allow expansion of the sanctuary/worship building, increase in the number of modular classroom buildings, placement of a proposed storage building, and for the expansion of project boundaries to include a second parcel for additional parking and authorize the operation of a private school with a maximum of 37 students (Section 19.16.030.K.1); (b) A Zone Modification to authorize a reduced front yard setback for the sanctuary/worship building of approximately 69.57 feet where 80 feet is required (Section 19.16.070.A.3). Project site includes two (2) parcels of record approximately 8.97 acres in size located in the E (2 1/2) (Estate – 2 1/2 acres) and A (Exclusive Agriculture) District.

Therefore, no environmental documents were required for consideration of the action taken.
