The project will consist of: Realty Road: 1.Resurfacing existing roadway (21 feet wide) with 0.25 feet Hot Mix Asphalt (HMA) (Type A). 2.Repairing pavement structural failure areas with full depth 0.25 feet HMA (Type A). 3.Replenishing 6-foot-wide Shoulder Backing: 2 feet (8%) and 4 feet to conform. 4.Applying Penetration Treatment at all intersection radii plus 50 feet or to conform. 5.Constructing 8-foot HMA (Type A) driveways. Sargent Road: 1.Resurfacing existing roadway (19 feet wide) with 0.25 feet HMA (Type A). 2.Repairing pavement structural failure areas with full depth 0.25 feet HMA (Type A). 3.Replenishing 6-foot-wide Shoulder Backing: 2 feet (8%) and 4 feet to conform. 4.Applying Penetration Treatment at all intersection radii plus 50 feet or to conform. 5.Constructing 8-foot HMA (Type A) driveways.
