Document Description
The project proposes rehabilitation of the Alamo River Trail Trestle Bridge along with improvements to the Alamo River Trail. The project consists of replacing approximately 1,000 square feet of damaged structural components, installing 3,500 square feet of new decking, ADA-compliant railings, and a 350-square-foot landing. The bridge will be restored for nonmotorized use by pedestrians, cyclists, and equestrians. Trail improvements consist of extending the pathway with a new base section and adding landscaping, benches, signs, and irrigation in compliance with water efficiency standards.
