Document Description
LAV//Pinnacle Consulting & Engineering (applicant), on behalf of Fred Giminiani 2008 Living Trust (property owner), has requested a General Plan Amendment to amend the existing land use designation from (GC) General Commercial and (SR) Suburban Residential to (GC) General Commercial only; and a Zone Change to change the existing zoning from (C-2) Regional Commercial and (A) Agricultural to (C-2) Regional Commercial on approximately 2.63 acres [Assessor’s Parcel Number (APN) 514-060-27]. The project at this time is for plan consistency bringing the general plan land use designation and zoning to be consistent with adjacent parcels as there are no current plans to develop the project site. All future development will be analyzed for municipal and CEQA compliance, at that time.
