Document Description
The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) proposes to remove damaged
Right of Way (ROW) chain link fencing and replace with more secure fencing
consisting of security wrought along Interstate(I) 5 at Postmile (PM) 29.7 to PM 30.0
in San Joaquin County. All work will be within Caltrans Right of Way. The purpose of
the project is to address the existing damaged and nonfunctional Right of Way
fencing. The project is needed to prevent unauthorized access into Caltrans ROW.
