Document Description
REU proposes to remove approximately 827 linear feet (at the Beltline Road Substation) and 1,104 linear feet (at the East Redding Substation) of existing chain link fence, fabric, and privacy slat material from the posts, and replace it with expanded metal panels. Work includes removing and disposing of all existing chain link fencing, material, and privacy slats (posts, rails, barbed wire arms, and gate frames to remain in place); reinstalling existing signage; trimming and installing expanded metal panels; installing mid-height brace rails; reconnecting the existing ground wire; and, raking crushed rock.

The project has no potential to have a significant effect on the environment.
