Document Description
The City of Redding (City) proposes to replace 7 existing split-system heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) units with new energy efficient units at its Corporation Yard. Work will involve disconnection and removal of old mechanical equipment; replacement of Motor Control Centers, panelboards, and transformers, as needed; and, installation of new units. In addition, HVAC air-distribution equipment, ducts, plenums, and system components remaining in place will be cleaned.

Therefore, the project has no potential to have a significant effect on the environment and further environmental review is not required.
