Document Description
The State Water Board’s Clean Water State Revolving Fund (SRF) Program is financing the Project referred to internally as East Coachella Valley Sewer Consolidation Planning Project. The Project will complete preliminary engineering design to allow for the future consolidation of 150 septic systems into Coachella Valley Water District's sanitary sewer system to improve groundwater quality and sanitation within small communities, advancing the next set of high-priority sewer consolidation projects in the East Coachella Valley.
