Document Description
The City of San Clemente (the City) will install a new Membrane Filtration (MF) and Reverse Osmosis (RO) treatment system at the City’s existing Water Reclamation Plant (WRP) to improve the water quality of the effluent. The proposed project will create additional recycled water supply to support not only the City’ demands but also another water purveyor in need, and do not propose a land use change.
