Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification No. EPIMS-MEN-52925-R1C, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Shane Osburn. The Project is limited to one encroachment. Work for this encroachment will include excavation, removal of a failing culvert on a Class III watercourse, restoration of approximately 20-30 feet of stream channel, revegetation of the disturbed riparian area with native oak trees and appropriate native plant seed, and riprap as needed.
