Document Description
The Project Applicant proposes to remove and replace four existing piles at Bents 9 and 10, remove and replace three new precast wall panels, remove and reconstruct two cast-in-place concrete caps between Bents 8 and 11, and rehabilitate any cracked concrete on the existing capping beam to restore the structural integrity of the breakwater previously damaged by an accidental vessel strike and ensure safe working conditions at the shipyard facility.
