Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification Number LAK-55296 -R2, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Mark Eisenmann. The project is limited to the installation of 60 linear feet of rip rap to protect existing concrete seawall erosion. The rip rap will have a 3 foot base and height of 2 feet; a total of approximately 30 cubic yards of rock will be installed. Additionally, there will be an installation of one 8-inch steel pile near on the north side of the existing boat lift structure and one PWC lift. PWC will be accessible from the lift.
