Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification No. EPIMS-MEN-53582-R1C, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Juan Gonzales. The Project is limited to one encroachment. The proposed encroachment is to perform maintenance on existing stream crossing. Work for this encroachment will include maintenance activities such as seasonally clearing the inlet and outlet of debris and sediment, rocking the road approaches, and adding rock armoring over exposed fill.
