Amendment to the Culver City Municipal Code, Chapter 15.10 (Subdivisions) and Section 17.400.040 (Condominium Conversions), to facilitate streamlined review of qualifying parcel and tract maps. The amendment allows ministerial approval of certain subdivisions; incorporates SB 9, SB 684, and other required State law provisions; and creates procedures for small lot subdivisions, lot mergers, certificates of compliance, and lot line adjustments, consistent with the State Subdivision Map Act.
