The Project proposes that the County of Madera amend the Madera County General Plan to incorporate a New Growth Area, adopt the proposed Liberty Groves Area Plan (LGAP, Area Plan), adopt the proposed Liberty Groves Specific Plan (LGSP, Specific Plan), and grant additional entitlements as necessary to allow for development of residential, community commercial, and industrial land uses consistent with the proposed LGAP and LGSP.
