The proposed project will reduce wildfire risk at the Shasta County Sheriff's Office South County Patrol & Emergency Operation Center at 6590 Lockheed Drive in Redding, California and will provide space for a metal building to house the Sheriff's emergency operation equipment. Alterations to the existing site include an extension of the existing perimeter security fence, removal of vegetation less than 8-inch diameter, grading for a new access road, and a new metal storage building.
