The California Department of Transportation proposes to replace Signal Elements that have reached end of life in Tulare County on State Route 63 and 198 at various locations. This work includes installation/replacement of pedestrian pushbuttons, and pedestrian signal heads. All work will be done on the existing California Department of Transportation's Right of Way.
