The project area spans approximately 2.5 acres of primarily landscaped and paved areas. District staff have carefully considered the entirety of this project and have determined that it is not expected to negatively impact the environment and that Class 2, Class 11, and Class 14 categorical exemptions, per California Code of Regulations Title 15, Section 153000 et. seq., apply to this project, as it meets the criteria stated in the CEQA Guidelines, without exception.
