DPUD is partnering with the California Conservation Corp to do fuel management work adjacent to GDPUD infrastructure. Work involves vegetation clearance in critical locations to reduce wildfire intensity. Four areas are identified for work: Sand Trap Siphon ( 38°55'30.67"N, 120°45'44.85"W) , BOMUSD Treated Water Mainline ( 38°54'30.41"N, 120°49'39.09"W), Garden Park Tank ( 38°50'18.74"N, 120°51'41.66"W), and Greenwood Lake Conveyance System (38°55'37.78"N, 120°54'2.74"W).
