Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has amended Streambed Alteration Agreement Notification No. 1600-2011-0087-R5, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Caltrans (Permittee) as represented by Eduardo Aguilar. Department of Fish and Wildlife is extending Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2011-0087-R5 and editing some conditions to protect fish and wildlife resources. The Project(s) propose to remove sediment, vegetation, and debris from various Streams or Facilities within Permittee’s owned right-of-way. The purpose of the Project(s) is to maintain drainage capacity to prevent flooding which could cause damage to Permittee’s existing facilities and pose potential hazards to the traveling public. All work will be done beneath the existing roadway or immediately adjacent to the roadway.
