The project site is also located in the following overlay zones: Coastal Overlay (Non-Appealable Area 1), Coastal Height Limit, Parking Impact Overlay Zone, and Very High Fire Hazard Severity Zone. Construction or Conversion of Small Structures) which allows the construction of one-single family residence in a residential zone and where the exceptions listed in Section 15300.2 would not apply. The site is Included on any list compiled pursuant to Government Code Section 65962.5 for hazardous waste sites.
