The proposed project includes reconstruction of existing asphalt and concrete surfaces and existing drainage facilities. As such, the project represents negligible expansion of existing use and any alterations are minor.
The reconstruction includes pulverizing and partial removal of existing asphalt and concrete pavement and aggregate base, scarifying and re compacting subgrade, and placing new aggregate base material and asphalt. Stormwater improvements include replacing slotted drains with drain inlets and underground piping.
