Pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Sections 15162 through 15164, Placer County’s HEARING DATE: December 12, 2024 1 Page 2 of 6 Environmental Coordination Services staff found that no changes have occurred to the project or existing circumstances that would warrant additional environmental analysis for this modification request because the increase in site coverage is within the assumptions analyzed for stormwater runoff and would not result in new or more severe impacts to other resource areas.
