Document Description
The purpose of this project is to issue a Right of Entry (ROE) permit to California Department of Technology (CDT) to enter Brannan Island State Recreation Area to determine the feasibility of establishing a fiber internet cable maintenance hut in a previously disturbed gravel area. All work conducted in association with the ROE permit will comply with all State and Federal environmental laws, including but not limited to the Endangered Species Act, California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), and Section 5024 of the Public Resources Code.
