Notice of Exemption
Exempt Status
Statutory Exemption
Type, Section or Code
Section 15282(s), Government Code Section 65759 and Section 15061(b)(3)
Reasons for Exemption
The project is exempt as the actions were necessary to bring the General Plan into compliance pursuant to a court order set forth in Section 65759. The actions are also
exempt as it can be seen with certainty that there is no possibility that the adoption of the Housing Element may have a significant effect on the environment since no physical development is proposed at this time.
